Why prepaid credits instead of a subscription?

Because travel is bursty. You need an hour of live translation the week you're in Japan, then nothing for months. A prepaid pack matches that: buy it for the trip, spend it when you call, top up only if you need more.

How long do credits last?

Paid packs stay valid for 12 months from purchase. The free 10-minute starter pack is valid for 90 days, and your 5 free minutes refresh each month.

What exactly is a translation credit?

One credit is one minute of live call translation. While a translated call is running, credits count down by the minute — that is the only thing they are spent on.

Can I buy a pack right now?

Which destinations are supported?

At launch, live translated calls to Japan and the US. More destinations follow based on demand, priced by destination.

What's the refund policy?
