Terms of Use

These terms cover the Yovoca website, waitlist, early access program, and any beta calling features we invite you to try.

Effective July 20, 2026Contact: [email protected]

Plain-English summary: Yovoca is early access software for live translated phone calls. It is not for emergencies, deception, spam, impersonation, or illegal calls. Founding Partner is a product community status, not equity or a legal partnership.

1. Accepting these terms

By using yovoca.com, joining the waitlist, or using any Yovoca beta feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Yovoca for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Yovoca is operated from the United States. We may update these terms as the product moves from waitlist to beta and paid plans. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify waitlist or account users.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Beta accounts sign in with a phone number and a one-time code delivered by SMS or a voice call through our verification provider. Keep your number current: it is how you access your account.

3. Early access and Founding Partner status

The waitlist is not a paid account and does not guarantee access by a specific date. We may open access in batches based on capacity, supported destinations, safety review, carrier availability, and product readiness.

4. What Yovoca is and is not

Yovoca is being built to help people communicate across languages on real phone calls. Translation, transcription, summaries, and extracted details may be generated by AI and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

5. Calls, consent, and recording

You are responsible for using Yovoca in a lawful and respectful way. Laws about call recording, transcription, AI disclosure, caller ID, telemarketing, and consent vary by location.

6. Voice features

If Yovoca offers voice cloning or personalized voice features, you may only submit your own voice or a voice you have explicit rights and consent to use. You may not clone or imitate another person without authorization, including celebrities, public figures, coworkers, family members, customers, or business contacts.

We may require verification, refuse a voice, suspend a voice profile, or delete a voice profile if we believe it could be used for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Yovoca to:

Demo hotline

The demo line is provided as-is for personal evaluation. Per-caller and global daily limits apply; availability is not guaranteed, calls have a hard duration cap, and the demo may change or end at any time. The acceptable-use rules above apply to demo calls in full.

8. Translation credits & payments

Paid packs and free credits are denominated in translation credits. Credits expire: welcome credits 90 days after they are granted, monthly credits at the end of the calendar month (UTC), founding bonus credits 90 days after they are granted, and purchased packs 12 months after purchase. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash, and can only be spent on Yovoca services.

Payments are processed by PayPal; Yovoca does not store your card details. For a refund of a fully unused pack, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. One minute of credits equals one minute of call time to any supported destination.

9. Accounts, beta limits, and suspension

Current waitlist access may only require an email address. Future beta calling features may require account sign-in, phone verification, payment information, caller ID verification, balance limits, destination limits, or other safety checks.

We may limit, pause, or suspend access if needed for safety, fraud prevention, carrier compliance, legal compliance, capacity, product testing, or abuse prevention.

10. Third-party services

Yovoca may rely on telecom carriers, cloud providers, AI model providers, voice providers, payment processors, and email providers. Their outages, policies, compliance rules, pricing, or regional availability can affect Yovoca. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Intellectual property and feedback

Yovoca, its website, product design, code, brand, and related materials belong to Yovoca or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or product ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This helps early users shape the product without creating ownership claims over product decisions.

12. Disclaimers and liability limits

Yovoca is provided "as is" and "as available," especially during early access. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect translations, exact transcripts, successful call outcomes, or availability in every country or language.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yovoca will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, failed bookings, missed appointments, lost business, or call costs arising from use of the service.

13. Ending use

You can stop using Yovoca at any time. You can ask us to remove your waitlist email or delete eligible account data by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or billing.
